Safe ships, clean water, honest business
Agency work puts us between ships, cargo, crews and authorities. We take that responsibility seriously. Before a job starts we look at what could go wrong and plan around it, and we hold ourselves to Bangladeshi law, IMO conventions and the terms of every charter party we work under.
Our policies are reviewed every year by management and briefed to every employee and key subcontractor.
Certification status (e.g. ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001) to be confirmed with the client before it is stated on this page.
How we behave when no one is checking
Fair & transparent
We deal openly and honestly with principals, suppliers, authorities and staff, and every disbursement is itemised.
Clean dealings
We don't pay or accept bribes or "speed money", and every payment we make on a principal's behalf is receipted and on the DA.
Confidentiality
Commercial, cargo and crew information we receive is protected and only shared where the job or the law requires it.
Safety first
No commercial pressure justifies an unsafe operation. Any employee can stop a job they believe is unsafe.
Environmental care
Zero pollution is the standard. We work with licensed waste and slop contractors and report any incident immediately.
Respect at work
We provide a workplace free of harassment and discrimination and treat crews and colleagues with dignity.
How we handle your information
When you contact us through this website we use the details you provide (name, email, company, phone and message) only to answer your enquiry and provide our services. We do not sell or rent personal data.
Crew, vessel and cargo information received during an appointment is shared only with the authorities and service providers needed to complete that job, and is stored securely for as long as legal and commercial record-keeping requires.
This site uses Google Translate to offer other languages, and Google Maps to show port locations. Those services may set their own cookies. To ask what information we hold about you, or to have it corrected or removed, email our general enquiries address.
