Which ports do you cover?
We handle port calls at Chattogram, Matarbari, Payra and Mongla, along with inland river and road logistics from each of them.
Is your operations desk really available 24/7?
Yes. The operations and husbandry desk is staffed around the clock, every day of the year, for vessel and cargo emergencies.
How quickly will I get a proforma disbursement account?
Send the vessel particulars, cargo and ETA and we normally return an itemised proforma DA within one working day.
Do you act as protecting agent (OPA) or charterers' agent (CPA)?
Both. We regularly act as OPA or CPA alongside a nominated port agent, and as full port agent where appointed.
Can you handle project and over-dimensional cargo?
Yes. Route surveys, permits, lifting plans, transport and delivery are planned and run by one project team.
Do you arrange crew changes?
Yes. We handle visas, immigration, transport, hotels and flights for sign-on and sign-off crew at all four ports.
Do you offer chartering?
Our brokering desk covers voyage and time charter for dry bulk and tankers, plus COA negotiation and cargo matching.
How do I appoint Anik Shipping Lines?
Email the operations desk or use the enquiry form with the vessel name, ETA, port and cargo. We confirm appointment and send our requirements the same day.
