Matarbari is the country's deep-sea port project. Its dedicated coal jetty serves the adjacent power plant, and the wider port is being developed for larger vessels than the river ports can take.
Calls here need close coordination with Chattogram Port Authority for pilotage and tugs. We plan berthing on tide and arrange any private tugs the call requires.
