To attract, develop and keep skilled people, and to treat everyone fairly and with respect.

Scope

All employees and job applicants.

Our commitments

• Recruit and promote on merit, without discrimination.
• Comply with the Bangladesh Labour Act and pay wages fairly and on time.
• Provide training so staff can grow their skills and careers.
• Keep a workplace free of harassment, bullying and discrimination.
• Respect reasonable working hours and rest, while keeping our 24/7 service through fair rosters.
• Give staff a confidential way to raise grievances.

Responsibilities

• Management makes sure this policy is applied fairly.
• Every employee treats colleagues, crews and clients with respect.

Review

This policy is reviewed at least once a year by management, and whenever operations, regulations or risks change.
